Action: Establish a Trail Network

Trail networks are a great way to enhance your community for residents and tourists, to increase physical recreation opportunities, and to enjoy nature in your Conservation Area all year long! If your SAM Community is planning on building within or near an established SAM Conservation Area please contact us for further information on proper procedure and best practices.

Contacting The Grand Concourse groups is a great way to get started. They can offer their services to communities in Newfoundland and Labrador. For communities outside our province, they have a variety of resources that might be useful. Please visit the section entitled Planning a Walkway or Park.
